Delete your account

How to submit a request

1. Email privacy@arcaliagame.com from the email address registered to your Arcalia account.
2. Use the subject Arcalia account deletion request.
3. Include your in-game display name. Never include your password.
4. We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.

Requests are completed within 30 days after ownership has been confirmed.

Data that will be deleted

• Account credentials, email address and profile information.
• Game progress, faction, inventory, creatures, currencies and rewards.
• Friend, guild and private social relationships associated only with your account.
• Active authentication sessions and refresh tokens.

Data that may be retained

• Security, anti-fraud and transaction audit records may be retained in anonymized or restricted form for up to 180 days.
• Messages or contributions that form part of a shared world, guild or conversation may be retained without your account identity to preserve other users' records.
• Payment and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
• Encrypted backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days before automatic expiry.

Retained data is not used for gameplay, advertising or marketing.
